Prototype electronic circuit board contact runners and switch connectors.
Technosports successfully supported the initial prototype production of assemblies and related low volume tooling. Flat stock blanks were produced utilizing wire EDM. Initial manufacturing process prove out tooling was developed and produced to hem, roll, punch and assemble initial modules.

Prototype engine air intake manifold.
Rapidly produced through utilization of stereolithography, optimized on flow bench. All CAD data updated to as built status. Assembly is wrapped with E-glass to ensure structural integrity. All effacement/attachment points were sleeved and modules have been utilized in many test environments prior to design development. Technosports has successfully introduced EGR during this initial prototyping phase.

Technosports was responsible for the manufacture and assembly of initial, functional concept fabrication. In addition, Technosports supported initial packaging and system integration studies inclusive of mule/prototype vehicle installation for test and product verification processes.
